Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time
Estimated Worldwide Delivery:
- Major metros (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2 to 4 business days
- Other areas: 4 to 7 business days

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
