How to request a refund

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your refund (briefly — we use it to improve)

Our team will respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 SAST) and guide you through the next steps.

Conditions

  • The product must have been purchased on auhrelia.shop
  • The refund request must be submitted within 90 days from delivery
  • Partially used products are accepted — try it without fear

How is the refund processed

Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the transaction is processed.
